Supplies

Stamps:  Heartfelt, Buffalo Check

Ink/Coloring: Memento Tuxedo Black, Basic Black Blends, Flirty Flamingo Blends

Paper: Whisper White, Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink

Adhesives: Stampin’ Seal, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Embellishments/Extras:  Stamparatus, Pearl Basic Jewels, Whisper White Crinkle Seam Binding

Dies: Heart Punch Bundle

 

Directions

Cut Petal Pink Base at 4 ¼” x 11”, score at  5½” and Extra Scrap

Cut Whisper White 5” x 3 ¾” 

Flirty Flamingo Scrap

 

First and foremost make your DIY Stamparatus Tool, then stamp the Whisper White layer with Buffalo Check.  Stamp Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink, then punch with Heart Punch.  Wrap ribbon around Buffalo Checks layer and adhere to base.  Adhere hearts with Stampin’ Seal and Dimensionals.  Finish with pearls and find your Valentine to give your beautiful card to.

Bear Hugs to YOU this Valentine's Day

Hi Beauties~



Happy Valentine's Day!!!  I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing Sunday.  I wanted to show you the Valentine's Day Cards I made for my weSTAMP group this past month.  The stamp set was I am using is Bear Hugs and comes with matching framelits dies.  I love not having to fussy cut!!!  Here is a picture of the finished card.


and here is a quick video of how I created it and added a few special touches.  Make sure you watch til the end, because I have placed a little nugget (tip that helps me tremendously) in there for you!

Think outside the box - Stamping Tips & Techniques

Also, remember to think outside the box when creating you greeting cards and scrapbooks.  I used the round array stamp set here.  The close-up below I used to create the middle of this beautiful flower.

Quick, Simple & Easy Valentine

Hi Beauties~

Wow, it has been a while.  Hope your holidays were terrific.  Mine were great, with a lot of traveling.  I have been up and down the entire coast of California, been to Las Vegas twice and Reno is where I spent Christmas with my hubby's family.  I did have a great time, but I am happy to have a little time to relax at home and enjoy my craft room.  I wanted to get in a quick and easy valentine for you, since it takes a little longer when you have to make 20-30 little valentines for the kids schools, team and groups.  I thought this was a real neat one and also be used for a quick hello, thinking of you or thank you card.   I like it because this technique can also be used with virtually any punch.  Enjoy and Happy New Year to you and yours!!!
