Be sure to share with your friends and family! Even if your friend or family member isn’t a crafter, they can still vacation with us! Guests who cruise with us do not have to participate in the crafting portion of the trip. 


To participate in the crafting portion of the cruise, crafters must be at least 16 years of age. Stamping Registration is through Jean Piersanti (Beauty and the Stamper), while Cabin Booking is required through Carnival Cruise Line directly.

Once the new Stampin' Up! catalogs for 2025 go live, I will choose the products that will be included in your package, along with the project kits. I will be sending a package to your home, and all you have to do is bring that along on the trip! PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE SENT TO YOU BEFORE WE SET SAIL! As the dates get closer, I will send more information with other basic items you will need to create your projects!

Required deposits/payments must be up to date at all times to maintain your cabin(s). 

Cabins which do not have the required deposit/payment will be automatically cancelled. 


Guest Information:

We will require the guests full legal name, gender, date of birth and guest contact phone numbers with full per person deposit. 

Tickets are nonrefundable. Tickets are nontransferable and names changes are not allowed. 


Cabin Price Description

· Rates are quoted as an average per person based on number of travelers per cabin.

* Single occupancy is available at 200% of the average double rate for all categories. Please note to calculate the single fare you must first combine the cruise fare.

· Please note: any occupancy changes may require a cabin change, subject to availability.

· New cabin requests will be priced at the current rate at the time of request.

· Triple, Quad, Quint occupancy may require the use of a trundle bed.

· The Vacation Protection Program is optional – but strongly recommended – please see the "Optional Vacation Protection Plan" section below for more details.

All staterooms, inclusive of the balconies, are an entirely smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest staterooms and balconies. Guests who smoke in these areas will be assessed a $500 USD cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail & Sign account.

. All requests require the appropriate amounts or booking is subject to being cancelled.

. Based upon the Payment Guidelines, cabin requests not deposited may be released without notice. 

. . In order to be covered by the Vacation Protection Plan, premiums must be received by the final payment date.

. * Single guests are required to pay 200% of the deposit amount – The system will recalculate the deposit amount required, during any occupancy changes.

. Fares booked under the Early Saver promotion and subsequently changed to a new rate code will continue to follow the Early Saver terms, conditions, and restrictions.

. Each guest's Vacation Protection Plan premium is based on the price charged for their cruise vacation.

However, all travel elements purchased from Carnival are covered when the guest buys coverage, i.e., air, transfer, packages.

. Vacation Protection Plan premium for single occupancy will be higher than those listed above.

. Vacation Protection Costs are based on the total cruise vacation cost. The plan cost is fully refundable only if you are canceling outside Carnival's published penalty period.

Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses may include U.S. Customs fees, head taxes, Panama Canal tolls, dockage fees, wharfage fees, inspection fees, pilotage, air taxes, hotel or VAT taxes incurred as part of a land tour, immigration and naturalization fees, and Internal Revenue Service fees, as well as fees for navigation, berthing, stevedoring, baggage handling/storage and security services. Guest Changes:

Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.


Medical or Physical Requirements:

Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special

accommodation during the voyage is requested to contact Carnival's Special Needs Desk at

specialneeds@carnival.com or by calling 305-599-2600 ext 70025, to discuss the details of their special needs.

Carnival recommends that any Guest who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency.


Dining Preference:

Dinner in the Main Dining room is served in two sittings: Early (6:00 PM) or Late (8:15 PM). Dining assignment is confirmed when names and full deposits are provided. If your preference is not available, you may be waitlisted and an automatic email notification will be sent if clearance occurs. Due to limited number of large table availability, parties greater than 10 guests may need to be accommodated at different tables.


Cruise Ticket Contract shall be valid only for the person named on the form thereof for whom it is issued and cannot be transferred without Carnivals written consent. The terms and conditions set forth in the Carnival Cruise Ticket, as well as the policies and procedures provided on board, published on Carnivals websites and/or brochures are binding and incorporated herein by reference.


Travel Documents

U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also required. Travel Documents

Minors Groups:

Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and, may not under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Must have a chaperone for every 8 minors.Guests 12 and younger: may travel in separate staterooms. However, minors must either be directly across the hall or next door. Minors may not be assigned to a balcony cabin without a relative/guardian. Guests 13 - 17 years of age: can be booked up to 3 staterooms away from their accompanying adult. Guests 18 - 20 years of age: do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer. Prepaid gratuities and/or damage deposits of $100 USD per minor guest may be required for minor groups of 8 cabins or more.
