Dollar Tree DIY for Easter - Quick & Easy

Hi Beauty~

With Valentine's Day and Ash Wednesday come and gone, I just had to show you a simple and cute DIY for Easter, using Dollar Tree items.  My Aunt and I had such a fun time crafting together.  I had to create a video to show you just how fun, easy, inexpensive and cute this little DIY was.  Okay, so run down to the Dollar Tree and pick up some pretty ribbon, colored glitter eggs (made for hanging on a mini tree) and some clothespins.

Heat up your hot glue or get out your tacky glue (can also be found at the D.T.), and let's get to it!

Watch the Video below to see how we made this fast and simple little home decor that shows off any family Easter pictures or anything else you may want to clip up.

Wasn't that quick and easy, yet still gives a fun and elegant flair.  Just think of all the possibilities.  If you decide to m ake one of these on your own, please post to Instagram and tag me in it. or hashtag #beautyandthestamper.  Here is my Instagram, @JeanPiersanti  See you there!!!  Oh and one more thing... What to do with this broken thing...

Hi Beauty~

I absolutely love surprises, so when Michael's puts out their $2.00 Grab Bags (Now $4.00), I always have to run down and grab a few of them.  I usually get some great stuff, then there are times when I get something I can't use like 1000 party balloons in various colors.  Yes, a pack of 10 or so could be fun, but 1000...lol  You'd think I m kidding but I am not.  Another bag had a broken candle stick, this one was a little more fun because I was able repurpose it into a funky DIY Apothecary Jar. I used some old Bath & Body Works Candle Jars  that had been used, clean out and was just waiting for a purpose!

I love the way it turned out.  Here is the quick and easy how to video (please don't judge me on my messy craft desk...lol).

Well, what do you think?  I feel it was a nice little organizing success!  Now to come up with a DIY for a whole bunch of balloons!

DIY Apothecary Jars for only $2.00

Hi Beauties~

I am having so much fun making these Do It Yourself Apothecary Jars.  I use just two items from the Dollar tree and some paint and glue that I have on hand.  I am totally loving the look.  I will continue to look for different style jars to see what other designs I can make, but for now  Here is the first one I made so far.

Isn't that fun looking?  Imagine having many of them with either different items in them or maybe even painted a different color.  They would make cute DIY Gift Ideas with items that the receiver would like. The ideas are endless.  Of course, you won't believe how quick and easy it is to make.  Here is a video showing you how I did it.

The longest part of making this was only waiting for the paint to dry.  If you try to make one of these yourself.  Please let me know by tagging #BeautyandtheStamper on Instagram.  I love to see all the things you all make.

Make your own Stamping Tool for about $3.00

Hi Beauties~

I asked myself, why pay $40 - $100 for the Misti Stamp Positioning Tool? So, today I decided to make a stamping tool (similar to the Mini Misti, in my opinion).  It was very quick and very easy.  I wish I could explain it with words, but I can't, so I did the next best thing and made a video for you!

I do have a couple of announcements for both Stampin' Up! and Magnabilities:

1) Stampin' Up!'s Paper Pumpkin Box is going to be super cool this month, so if you want it, remember to sign up before the 10th of the month.  It looks like it will have some sort of winter or Christmas theme (by the looks of the snowy blue box). Want more information? Check out my Paper Pumpkin site https://mypaperpumpkin.com/?demoid=2093073

2) Magnabilities is having a super discount for Veterans, Military and their spouses.  50% Off the $99 Join price.  I joined just to get the awesome swag, and at this price, I would join again, if I wasn't already signed up!  This special is going on until the end of the month and I would love to have you on my team!  For these prices, you can buy it just to give as Christmas Gifts (especially the personalized pictures of children/grandchildren).  If you want more information check out my site at http://www.jeanpiersanti.magnabilities.com

DIY Halloween Mummy Jar Decor

Hi Beauties~

If you are like me, you like to DIY as much as you can when decorating for holidays.  I usually only decorate with pumpkins for Halloween, but this year, I am trying to be more handmade and DIY.  My grandson can't wait for Halloween to come.  So, of course, I have to show him all these cute DIY's.  He liked this one so much that I had to show you.  It was so quick and so easy and didn't cost very much at all.  Here are a couple of snapshots and a youtube video, just I case you need it.  Although, you all are so crafty, I am sure you already know how I made it.

A new little one is on his way!!!

Hi Beauties~

I am getting ready for my newest grandbaby.  So we will celebrate with a shower.
I made these cute little favors for each lady who will attend.
Please see below on how I made these very quick and easy, yet still very pretty and special.  The tag attached will have the following saying:

"Burn this tea light on the night
Once the stork has made its flight
With a flicker of the flame
Please say a prayer in Wyatt's name"

~ My daughter found this idea on Pinterest, so I am not sure who to give credit to for the poem and idea, but whoever it is, THANK YOU!!!

See the video below to see how fast and easy it was to make these.

My Brothers Wedding means I am Crafting

Hi Beauties~

I have been pretty busy this week, but of course I did manage to get some crafting in. My brother is marrying one of my best friends from High School. How weird is that? She always wanted for us to be sisters 😉!!!

They are getting married on a cruise to Mexico. The boats don't allow real flowers, so that means that I had to get my but down to Hobby Lobby and pick up some silk flowers. I was able to make all of her bridesmaids corsages for less than what the cruise line was charging for one. Here is the picture of my first try (since it was the first, I used Dollar Tree flowers).

She want thrilled with the size, so we tried again until she found what she liked. Here is the video of how I made her final product. Click here to watch the DIY Corsage Video

The corsages are now all finished, packed up and on their way to her house. I hope she is happy with them and I certainly wish her and my brother the best life together!

Festive Crafting - DIY Gift Idea

Hi Beauties~

This weekend I took part in a collaboration with some fellow you-tubers.

I made a Tea-cup bird feeder for Christmas gifts this year and decided to make a DIY how to video. I found a whole fine china tea cup set for on $8.99 at a local thrift store. I was able to make 6 gifts with everything I had on hand. Glue and DIY hangers and bird seed. If you are looking for a quick and beautiful DIY gift, watch this video then go check out your local thrift store.
