Hi Beauties~

So, if you can't tell by now, I absolutely love the Stampin' Up! fringe scissors.  So here is just another fun project that I am have so much fun with.  Tassles... I love making paper tassles!!! 

 

Aren't they cute?  I think so too!!!

 

 

It is so easy with just a piece of Designer Series Paper and the awesome fringe scissors!
