Dragonfly - New Years Card

Supplies

Stamps:  Dragonfly Garden

Ink/Coloring: Memento Black

Paper: Whisper White, Calypso Coral, Dandy Garden 6x6 Designer Series Paper (DSP)

Adhesives: Stampin’ Seal, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Embellishments/Extras:  Mossy Meadow Braided Linen

Dies/Punch: Dragonfly Punch

Directions

Cut Whisper White at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, score at  4 ¼”

Cut DSP at 2 x 5 ¼”

Cut Calypso Coral at 2 ¼ x 5 ½”

 

Stamp Image onto DSP then tear the bottom of DSP and Coral Layer at the bottom and adhere to each other. Wrap ribbon and tie in a knot.  Adhere image layers to base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Stamp Greeting in lower right corner.  Punch Dragonfly out of print on Designer Series Paper. Adhere Dragonfly with Stampin’ Dimensionals and a bit of Stampin’ Seal (see video).  Add embellishments and send out to your friend to wish them good things all year!

Ink/Coloring: Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo

Paper: Whisper White, Crushed Curry

Adhesives: Stampin’ Seal, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Embellishments/Extras:  In-Color Enamel Dots, Crinkle White Ribbon 

Dies: Little Treats Bundle,  Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Directions

Cut Whisper White at 5 ½” x 8 ½”, score at  4 ¼”

Cut Crushed 5” x 3 ¾” and scrap for outside greeting

Die Cut 3 Stitched Scallop from Bundle Dies

 

Stamp greeting and cut with label die from Bundle.  Stamp birthday presents in three colors and cut with die from Bundle. Wrap Ribbon around crushed curry layer, tie in bow  and adhere to case.  Adhere stitched scallops to crushed curry and adhere a present to each scallop with a dimensional.  Adhere label greeting to the card, just under the bow. Finish by adding an enamel dot to each present and three to the label.  Your card is finished and ready to give to someone sweet!

Supplies

Stamps:  Silhouette Scenes, Oval Occasions

Ink/Coloring: Memento Tuxedo Black, BumbleBee

Cardstock/Paper: Whisper White, Smoky Slate, BumbleBee Designer Series Paper

Adhesives: Stampin’ Dimensionals, Liquid Multi -Purpose Glue

Embellishments: Elegant Faceted Gems

Extras:  Stamparatus, BumbleBee Gingham Ribbon

Directions

Cut Smoky Slate Base at5 ½” x 11”,  score at 4 ¼”

(2) Whisper White cut at 5” x 3 ¾”. 

Stamp your Whisper White Layer with BumbleBee Stars and Greeting (to be hidden by DSP).  Punch Greeting with Oval and Scrap Smoky Slate with Scallop.  Stamp Silhouette with Memento Black using the Stamparatus (keep inking and stamping until you get a perfect silhouette). Add Ribbon and adhere layers together.  Finish with gems and give to someone who needs a little boost, that only a hand stamped card can give.
