Layered Punch Accents
Yesterday I showed you some alcohol inks and in the video I used an already dried paper, but I want to show you the card I made with the paper from the video. It turned out really cute and I made it for my daughter-in-law's baby shower that is coming up in a couple weeks. I cannot wait for that little guy to arrive in a couple months.
I really like the layered scallop punch here. You can do this with so many, if not all of the punches.
Order any of the papers, inks and punches used in making this card on my online store at http://jeanpiersanti.stampinup.net

More fun with Alcohol Inks
Today I created this card using the alcohol inks that I had shown you in a previous post. It was kind of like a two step stamping technique. It got the ink in the perfect spot and then... well... just watch the video and you will see.

CASE It - Silhouette
I kept seeing a card very similar to this one on Pinterest. I just fell in love with it, so I tried it myself. I like it and I can't wait to try others, especially with the new In-Colors. It was very simple and only one half sheet of card stock was used. I put post it notes in a line on either side of the card. Then I daubered with a variety of colors. I made this at the same time I made yesterday's blog card, so I am pretty sure, they are the same colors. I just used a lighter hand for this one. Then I stamped the flowers from the Fabulous Florets stamp set added a greeting and that was it.
Simple and Easy Silhouette. I wish I could give credit to the original person, if anyone knows, please let me know!

Color my world
I just love playing with colors, or lack thereof. In this card I used Whisper White cardstock and set some post it notes (they have some great shapes out there. Then I took three different colors (Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Tangerine Tango) and daubered the card stock piece. When I pulled off the post it notes, it left white spaces for me to add some flowers from the Secret Garden set. I adhered that piece to a regular 5.5x4.25 size card. Added a greeting a viola! I really liked the look of the entire card. How about you?
Here is a close up of the flower. Do you know how I got the center of the flower to look like this?

Sunflowers for a friend
I made this wreath for my friend. Sunflowers have a special place in her heart and she has a special place in mine. I was at her home a few weeks ago and noticed she still had a winters wreath on her door, so I gave her a playful hard time about it and made this for her. I will be seeing her again in a few days (she lives 6 hours away) and am hoping she will like this small gift. I think it came out pretty nice!

No Stamping Required
I love using the Designer Series Paper as a focal point for my card. You just need to look close at what various sayings and/or pictures are within the page of paper itself. No Stamp sets needed for this card, just some paper, ink, DSP and a Big Shot with Embossing Folder. Hope you like it!

How many do you see?
How many Butterflies do you see in this card? Do you see any? They are there, in fact, there are seven of them. Did you see them all? I love this great 3D card I made with the new Wildflower background stamp that will be in the 2013/2014 Stampin' Up! Catalog.
I also love the great embossing folder that matches perfectly. I created a video today using them both, but alas, I cannot show it as of yet. Look for the upcoming at the first of next month and I will show you exactly how I made this card. Until then, if you make a purchase on my Stampin' Up! website: www.jeanpiersanti.stampinup.net, I will send you the brand new 2013/2014 catalog & idea book coming out at the end of the month. Use the code GXSQ3HMJ when ordering in the month of May.
